Need to Return an Item?
We want you to be happy with your Orange Dog purchase. If you are not satisfied with you purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make arrangements to ensure you remain a satisfied Orange Dog customer.
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to The Orange Dog for a full refund, less shipping and transaction fees:
- Any clothing, home accessory or kitchen accessory in its original condition (unused, and tags still attached).
- Any unopened (still sealed) food items, pet care products (balm, perfume, shampoo, etc.)
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery.
All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip. We are not able to process refunds without a packing slip.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
The Orange Dog will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at email@example.com to request a replacement.
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
